Speaking in public Do you hate talking in public? I do. It's an awful feeling to know that you're somehow going to "have" to speak in front of a group of strangers and probably be judged at the same time. There are plenty of ways for overcoming the fear of public speaking, though. In this post, I'll list some different methods for conquering your fear and presenting yourself confidently in any setting. If you do not have time to read all of this, the easiest method is to simply sit down, take deep breaths, and think of nothing but the target of your presentation. If you're uncomfortable with sitting down (I'm not), you can use a public speaking method called "deep picture" and imagine yourself standing on a stage speaking to an audience.
